I created Recover, Repair, Rekindle as the framework at the center of ReLove Relationships. The collection also includes The Fear of Modern Dating, about fear before a new connection, and The Dating Recession?, which explores public questions about dating culture.
What does the framework cover?
I organize the book around communication, accountability, forgiveness and boundaries, with chapters on trust, jealousy, digital betrayal, divided attention, attraction and intimacy. I spent about two years developing the book. The other two titles grew from that work.
What should readers know before trying relationship repair?
Recover, Repair, Rekindle is my author-created approach, not a clinically tested treatment. The research discussed in the full report on the ReLove guide provides context about dating and digital attention; it does not evaluate the framework's results with other couples.
I include guidance on when leaving may be healthier. Anyone facing abuse, coercion or immediate safety risks should prioritize safety and seek qualified support.
The three books are available here: ReLove Relationships, The Fear of Modern Dating and The Dating Recession?.
